Our Programs & Services

At Peach Corps Inc., our programs are built to meet people where they are — physically, culturally, and emotionally — with compassion, expertise, and impact.

Peachy Plates

Healthy food, expert guidance, and dignity delivered to your door.
Living with chronic, multi-systemic illnesses often means balancing strict diets, unpredictable symptoms, and the exhaustion that comes with simply getting through the day. Grocery shopping can be a hurdle — and we’re here to remove it.

Our volunteer heroes, the PeachyInstaDash, deliver fresh, nutritious groceries directly to participants’ homes. But Peachy Plates is more than a food delivery service — it’s a whole-person support program.

We proudly feature Dr. Ami Patel, our pharmacologist and PCOS expert, who offers personalized consultations tailored to your cultural background, dietary needs, and health goals. Whether you need help navigating food sensitivities, understanding medication interactions, or creating meal plans that honor your traditions, Dr. Patel ensures your health plan is as unique as you are.

Peachy Positive Packs

Equipping our youth with confidence, tools, and pride.
Our Peachy Positive Packs are backpacks with a purpose — each filled with school supplies, hygiene products, and empowering messages designed to prepare youth for academic success while addressing sensitive but essential topics like menstrual health and hormonal changes in boys.

By reducing stigma and starting honest conversations, we create a culture where young people feel informed, supported, and proud of their bodies and growth journeys.

Peachy Glow

Empowering the next generation to shine from the inside out.
Peachy Glow is where youth and teens find the tools, support, and confidence to take charge of their health and wellness journeys.

Through safe spaces, mentorship opportunities, and interactive workshops, we spark honest conversations about reproductive health, mental wellness, and living with chronic illness. Our approach blends education, empowerment, and self-expression, so participants feel informed, confident, and proud of their identities.

Key features include:
Leadership Development — Helping young people become advocates for themselves and their communities.
Peer Connection Circles — Fostering friendships, trust, and mutual encouragement.
Creative Health Education — Using art, media, and storytelling to make learning personal and memorable.

We’re not just nurturing healthier young people — we’re cultivating glowing changemakers who will illuminate a more inclusive, compassionate healthcare future.

Peach Corps Inc., we raise our voices for those navigating PCOS, Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, and other chronic multi-systemic conditions. Through storytelling, education, and strategic advocacy, we confront the biases, misdiagnoses, and neglect that too often impact marginalized communities—especially BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ individuals.

Our work amplifies lived experiences into policy change, medical reform, and cultural understanding. Whether it’s speaking at health conferences, hosting awareness events, or mobilizing social media campaigns, we push the conversation forward and make sure no one has to fight invisible battles alone.

We don’t just spread awareness—we build a movement.

The Healing Grove: Where Wellness Takes Root

Mental Health & Wellness

Healing the mind, strengthening the spirit.
Chronic illness doesn’t just affect the body — it can weigh heavily on mental and emotional well-being. That’s why we offer creative and therapeutic outlets that support the whole person.

Our Art Therapy Program uses painting, journaling, and other expressive mediums to help participants process emotions, reduce anxiety, and rediscover joy. These sessions are led by trained facilitators who understand the unique mental health challenges faced by those living with chronic, invisible illnesses.

In addition to art therapy, we provide:
Mindfulness & Meditation Workshops to reduce stress and promote resilience.
Peer Support Circles where members share experiences and strategies in a safe, non-judgmental space.
Wellness Education focused on coping skills, boundary setting, and emotional self-care.

We believe that mental health care is not a luxury — it’s a necessity for thriving in the face of chronic conditions.
