May is Pelvic Pain Awareness Month
Peach Corp is Breaking the Silence Around Chronic Pelvic Pain

Pelvic Pain Awareness Month, led by the International Pelvic Pain Society (IPPS), is a powerful reminder that chronic pelvic pain is not just a “bad period” it’s a serious, often invisible condition affecting millions of people globally.

At Peach Corp, we’re dedicating this month to amplifying the voices of those living with endometriosis, PCOS, and adenomyosis, three chronic conditions that are often misdiagnosed, misunderstood, or dismissed entirely.

🔍 Why Pelvic Pain Matters

Pelvic pain is one of the most common symptoms across multiple gynecological and reproductive health conditions. Yet many suffer in silence due to stigma, lack of awareness, or barriers to care.

Chronic pelvic pain can lead to:

  • Missed school and workdays
  • Difficulty in personal relationships
  • Depression, anxiety, and isolation
  • Long-term disability if left untreated

🌼 Conditions We’re Spotlighting This Month:

Endometriosis

Tissue similar to the uterine lining grows outside the uterus, causing inflammation, severe cramps, and often infertility.

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)

A hormonal disorder that can lead to irregular periods, cystic ovaries, chronic pain, and metabolic issues.

Adenomyosis

Occurs when the uterine lining grows into the uterine wall, causing intense pain, heavy periods, and bloating.

These conditions can severely affect quality of life yet awareness and access to care remain low.

📣 Our Call to Action: Let’s Normalize the Conversation
